Church of Saint Augustine, Dom Pedro V Theater, Saint Joseph Seminary

How to go there

This post is part of our itinerary in Macau. For the complete itinerary view here: Macau itinerary

St. Joseph’s Seminary and Church, Sir Robert Ho Tung Library, Dom Pedro V Theater and Church of St. Augustine, are located in just one block. From Lilau square, Jeff and I walked to get here.

What  to See

After our tour at Saint Lawrence church, Jeff and I head on to Saint Joseph Seminary. Unfortunately, it was closed when we arrived there because there was some church activity going on. We were only able to take a picture of it outside.

We went on to our next destination, which was Dom Pedro V Theater, Sir Robert Ho Tung Library, and church of Saint Augustine. These three were near each other so we were able to finish early, our ‘Block B’ destination on our itinerary in Macau.

From Saint Joseph, we entered this street in Macau, where we got a view of what a normal residence there looks like.

Jeff and I took pictures around the area first, before entering each of them. There were a bunch of Japanese tourists roaming around the area, and nothing can be worse than a group of people blocking your shots.

While outside, I found a perfect elevated spot to take pictures. Jeff got the clever idea to jump and block one of my shots. We ended up having ridiculous jump shot pictures there.

We then head on to Sir Robert Ho Tung, the theater looks closed when we came there. We really dont have any plans entering the place, so we just took pictures of it outside.

Next stop was Saint Augustine church which is just beside Dom Pedro V Theater. We took a quick peek inside, and then continued on our tour.
