After Bohol, We took SuperCat’s 10:30 am trip going back to Cebu.
We had no plan on where to stay there, but we definitely want somewhere near Cebu Beach Club since we’ll be doing the underwater sea walk in that resort. We asked our taxi driver if he could recommend us some resorts near there that are cheap, but he pretty much brought us to all the hotels in Cebu that are expensive.
After a few more searches, a local recommended us the newly built Hotel Seaview Pension house.
When we got there, we stopped by in front of this ‘talipapa’ (market). The hotel is exactly in front of it. There are even a few side walk vendors near the entrance. It was pretty chaotic and noisy outside that hotel.
On the positive side though, this four-story pension house has a clean and simple interiors. Most of the facilities in the hotel are still new when we got there. The two-bedroom room we took was spacious enough to let all our items just laying on the floor. The rooms also has huge windows and a balcony. Though the only view you’ll get is the ‘palengke‘ hehe.
Sure, you’ll get occasional noises from the talipapa below, but other than that this cheap hotel is fit for budget travelers.
Amenities in the room includes hot-and-cold shower, cable TV and air-conditioned rooms. There is also a massage parlor located on the ground floor of the hotel.
The room rates in Hotel Seaview pension house ranges from 1500 and above.
