If you're going to visit Cebu, of course you have to take home their famous dried danggit as pasalubong.
usually comes in different variants - they have the boneless danggit, which costs more than the regular ones. You can also choose between salted, and unsalted. In our case we got the boneless salted ones.

Coming to Cebu, one of the food / resto we wanted to check out was Casa Verde, somewhere near the capitol area. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find it there. Luckily though, we find another branch of this restaurant at Ayala mall instead.
Supposedly, the original branch is spanish-inspired but the one in Ayala mall had an American-inspired ambiance.
There were lots of American pop-culture decorations inside the restaurant, and a few other miniature and toys.
