Here are the list of things we did in our tour of Davao City's tourist spots:
1. Take a nature trip at Eden park Davao :)
2. View Davao from Jack's Ridge [Davao city]
Part of the view from Jack's ridge is SM Davao. The restaurants and bars here are also the feature of this place.

The tunnel used by the Japanese soldiers in WWII is now a commercialized hotel and restaurant.
4. Visit 'Pagasa' in the Philippine Eagle San

How to go to Japanese Tunnel
Japanese Tunnel is about 30 minutes from the town proper, but for our trip we hired a taxi driver to tour us in Davao. This tourist spot was one of our deals with him.
What to See
Japanese Tunnel was said to be the Japanese's hide out in Davao during the World War II. It has now been commercialized, turning the area into a tourist spot, and a hotel-restaurant.
Entrance fee to the place is 50 pesos per person. We were allowed to take our taxi driver - Ruben

What to see
Jack's Ridge is located in Shrine Hills, Matina, Davao city, about 30 minutes away from the town proper. It is near the Shrine hills' station of the cross and church.

Soda Swimming pool was one of the things we were looking forward to in our trip to Camiguin, the name itself is very intriguing, a soda-tasting swimming pool?
Camiguin has lots of hot and cold springs, and we chose to go this one, out of the many springs in the area to save time. Plus the rumor that the water here tastes like soda, made us want to visit it more. We were anxious to get in and find out for ourselves the taste of this so-called Soda pool.
Upon entering the place, you'd insta

(This is part 2, of Davao White Water rafting post. Link to part 1: Davao White water rafting)
The Practice
At the beginning of the actual rafting, we were tested on how well we listened to both Jimmy and Dennis' lecture. The first demo was defensive swimming. After that was how to pick up a team mate from the waters, using just your paddles.
Next was how to bring your team mate back up, on the raft, without making your raft capsize. :D
And then , the actual rafting part comes...During

White Water Rafting, was our last activity on our 4 Days, 3 nights tour in Davao. Prior to the trip, we have already reserved with Davao's WWR, and luckily for us, we were the only group to do the activity that day. :D
How to go there
Since this was our last day in Davao, we carried our stuff (including pasalubong), and took a taxi to take us to Davao Crocodile park where the white water rafting facility can be found.
