On February 28, 2010. Second day of our visit to the Panagbenga festival. Jeff and I were able to catch the float parade on the streets. The event started at 8 am, but by 9, the good spots were already taken, while some people started getting on parked cars, and vans so they can get a peek of the parade. After several visits to Baguio. This year's Panagbenga Festival would be my first ever experience of the event. It's a month long activity that started last February 1 and will continue until March 7. How to go there From our hotel in Mactan Island, we commuted to get to Basilica del Sto Nino. From there, we walked to Fort San Pedro which is just a block away from the church. After Bohol, We took SuperCat's 10:30 am trip going back to Cebu. We had no plan on where to stay there, but we definitely want somewhere near Cebu Beach Club since we'll be doing the underwater sea walk in that resort. We asked our taxi driver if he could recommend us some resorts near there that are cheap, but he pretty much brought us to all the hotels in Cebu that are expensive.
