How to go there From Panglao Island, we rented a boat to tour us around Bohol's nearby Island. Balicasag Island, was one of our deals with him. How to go there After our Day 1 tour, Kuya Lito, the driver of the rent-a-van we hired hooked us up with a boat man to tour us in Balicasag. We got a pretty sweet rate from Kuya Allan, the owner of the boat, after he met up with us on the evening of our Day 1 trip, all drunk. He badly need the money for another drink, so he asked a down payment from us, then gave us a discount of the actual rate. On our Day 1 trip, we hired a van for rent to tour us at Bohol. We also got our driver, Kuya Lito to help us in finding a hotel in Panglao. We didn't reserve for one prior to going there and we have forgotten that the holiday for Ninoy Aquino day was on Sept 22 - our Day 2 tour. Almost all resorts were fully booked from Day 2 onwards. Our next destination after the tarsiers was the man-made forest of Bilar. On our way there, we passed by Loboc church which is just beside the area where the 'Loboc river cruise' boats are.
