After several attempts to catch the hot air balloon fiesta at Subic. I finally got the info for the event this 2010. The event is celebrating it's 15th year at the AFP grounds in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. There will be award ceremonies, and different attractions such as kite flying, paragliding, skydiving and of course the hot air balloons itself.
